Privacy
This site counts visits to learn which pages and projects are useful. It does so without cookies and without following you to other sites.
Your choice
Measurement status is shown when JavaScript is on.
The button stores one setting, site-analytics-opt-out, in this browser so your choice is remembered. Turning on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser has the same effect and stores nothing. With JavaScript off, nothing is measured.
What is recorded
- The page you open, without the parts of the address after
?or#. - The site that sent you here, as a domain only (for example
www.linkedin.com), or the page of this site you came from. - Campaign tags in the link you followed:
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_contentandutm_term. - Clicks on links to other sites, such as GitHub or a demo, with the section of the page they were in.
- Which slides of the Agentic Platform presentation are viewed.
- What Azure derives from each request: approximate location (country, region and city) and the browser and operating-system type. Your IP address is used for this and is not stored.
What is not done
No cookies, no identifier stored on your device, no tracking across other sites, no advertising, no profiling, and no data sold or shared for anyone else's purposes. The statistics are not linked to your name or to any account.
Who, why and where
- Controller
- Ozgur Karahan, for this personal site.
- Purpose
- Understand which pages, projects and links are useful, in order to improve the site. Only I use the statistics.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest in measuring the audience of this site (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- Processing
- Microsoft Azure Application Insights, in the Sweden Central region of the European Union, in an Azure environment provided by Microsoft. Microsoft and the administrators of that environment can technically access the data.
- Retention
- 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Hosting
- Pages are served by GitHub Pages. GitHub processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver them; see the GitHub General Privacy Statement. Fonts and scripts come from this site.
Your rights
To ask a question, or to exercise your rights of access, erasure or objection, send me a message on LinkedIn. Because the statistics are not linked to a person, they usually cannot be traced back to you. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Links to other sites, such as GitHub, LinkedIn or a demo, follow those sites' own privacy policies.
